Please join us for our Sundowner, Annual General Meeting (AGM) & Volunteer Information Session.
This year we are doing things a little differently and would like to see as many people attend as possible.
Join us at 6.30pm for an information session, followed by AGM & Sundowner. Bar will be open and finger food provided.
Please register to confirm your attendance by Monday 8th November.
Attending this session is not an expectation for you to commit to a role, it is an opportunity to learn more about our club and what is involved.
Our current committee operates with a small group of people performing multiple tasks, we would like to share the love. We have taken the traditional committee roles and broken them down into a series of tasks that when distributed individually take very little time.
It’s easy to offer your help when you know what needs to be done. There are lot things we do outside the winter hockey season such as:
- End of season stocktake.
- Equipment and uniform purchasing & repairs.
- Club apparel and custom wear design. Eg Club Jackets
- Graphic design - flyers and social media posts.
- Event planning - fundraising and event bookings.
